SIMPLY 7 QUICK
SIMPLY 7 QUICK is a high-performance vertical batch freezer from the Quick series, fitted with an inverter. It suits gelato makers who prefer the classic vertical batch method. Special flavours are made by adding solid ingredients at the end of freezing, as on traditional vertical machines, but with Valmar's new technology.
