VALMAR Slovakia is the Slovak representative of the manufacturer Valmar Global.
Valmar was founded in 1987 as a maker of artisan gelato machines. Its founder, mechanical engineer Valter Jejčič, wrote his 1984 graduation thesis on gelato machines and still leads the company and its research and development. The machines are made in Slovenia, in Volčja Draga near the Italian border.
The founder's know-how led to the TTi series and the patented COMBISYSTEM® freezing system. The range serves gelato makers, pastry shops, food service and Ho.Re.Ca., from a compact 1 kg machine up to batch freezers taking 28 kg of mix per cycle.
VALMAR Slovakia, based in Trnava, supplies customers in Slovakia with the full range: horizontal and vertical batch freezers, multifunction machines, pasteurisers, ageing vats, cream cookers, whipped cream machines, blast chillers and refrigerators. Alongside sales we provide installation, training, maintenance, repairs and original spare parts.
We are part of one family of craft that works on gelato from several sides at once, from MOTIVI ingredients, through VALMAR machines, to SEVEL display cases.
